Volunteer Page
Are you interested in volunteering? Well, you have come to the right place. We are always looking for new volunteers to help us out. Many of our volunteers are children doing school credits, but they usually get into it so much they come back week after week. Please read the info below, and don’t hesitate to contact Galen Dodd with questions.¬†
Bumper Needs Volunteers Saturdays in Culver City
Volunteers are the most important people in the world of animal rescue because guess what? We are all volunteers and without us volunteers, there would be no one to save the lives of these precious animals.

Here are some of the ways you can help: Set up our adoption station in the mornings Make crate cards to identify each dog Make temporary name tags for each dog Walk dogs several times during the day Interact with the dogs to help them become more social Clean the crates when accidents have occurred Make sure dogs have adequate water during the day Answer questions potential applicants may ask about a dog Make copies of adoption applications (see Store Manager) Organize supply containers when necessary Take home dirty towels, launder and return clean ones for the next adoptions. (If you are an adult) Tear down adoption station at the end of day

If you are interested in Volunteering, please contact Galen Dodd for info. You can contact him at 310.710.9767 or dodd13@verizon.net . He will e-mail you a release form and please bring it on yor first day.
We host adoptions every Saturday at Centinela Pet and Feed Store, 5299 Sepulveda Blvd.

Thank you
